Project Description
Gurranabraher / Churchfield Youth Development Project provides support to young people and their families in Gurranabraher and Churchfield.

Programmes and Services can include
Addiction Support Drugs / Alcohol Awareness and Education
Family / Parental Support Information, Support and Advice
Outreach Referrals to appropriate Support Services
Relapse Prevention Support Groups
